Analysts at J.P. Morgan have said that attractive reinsurance pricing has helped offset the continued rate decline deceleration for Lloyd's of London insurers, Artemis.bm reports.
Lloyd's of London insurers saw that the pace of rate declines continued to slow during the mid-year renewal season. "A benefit from the soft market is that the Lloyd's insurers have been able to dramatically expand their own reinsurance, buying at very attractive rate," said J.P. Morgan.
