Japan's Mount Hakone volcano erupts, alert level raisedReprints
The Japan Meteorological Agency said that Mount Hakone volcano in the country's Kanagawa prefecture has erupted recently, Xinhua reported.
The JMA warned of the possibility of bigger eruptions of the volcano and it has raised its alert level to 3 on its scale of 5.
The agency has warned people to stay away from the volcano and its crater.
The JMA said that a larger eruption is likely to happen and the Owakudani region could be hit.
