BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

ESIS NurseLine is a 24/7, telephone service that provide access to registered nurses for work-related injuries. The service will now provide access to medical consultation for primary injury assessment via video conference through smartphone or tablet devices, ESIS said in a statement.

“Our new telemedicine solution further strengthens our NurseLine capability by offering virtual doctor visits when care is needed … We are confident this telemedicine solution will provide clients with added convenience and greater cost savings to better manage their workers compensation programs,” Littleton, Colorado-based Veronica Cressman, vice president of ESIS medical programs said in the statement.
