BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Martino resigns as CEO of third-party administrator Broadspire

ATLANTA—Crawford & Co. has announced that Kenneth F. Martino Jr. has resigned as CEO of Broadspire Services Inc.

Mr. Martino will take on another leadership position at a noncompeting company, which is based in Connecticut, where his family has been living since his appointment as CEO in mid-2008.

The Atlanta-based company also announced that Danielle Lisenbey will succeed Mr. Martino, effective immediately. She also will become a member of Crawford’s global executive management team and report to Jeffrey T. Bowman, the president and CEO of Crawford & Co.

Previously, Ms. Lisenbey was the chief operating officer of Broadspire’s medical services.

She will be based in Atlanta and Sunrise, Fla.
