Lockton snags Gallagher exec for Boston operations

Lockton Cos. Inc. has recruited former Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. area president Patrick J. Haraden as president of its Boston operations.
Mr. Haraden replaces Chip Manozzi, who is stepping back from his leadership role to focus on serving his clients, Lockton said in a statement Wednesday.
In his new role, Mr. Haraden will lead a team of property/casualty insurance and employee benefits experts who serve commercial clients nationally and globally.
Mr. Haraden previously served as area president in New England and the Northeast regional director of Gallagher’s public sector practice.
He will be based in Boston and report to Robert Connolly, CEO of Lockton’s Northeast Region.
