Chubb Ltd. has named Nandini Mani executive vice president, claims for overseas general insurance, Chubb’s international general insurance business in 51 countries and territories.
She will be based in New York and responsible for the company’s retail and wholesale international claims organization in Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Far East, and Eurasia and Africa, Chubb’s statement said Wednesday.
The appointment is effective immediately.
Ms. Mani will report to Juan Luis Ortega, executive vice president, Chubb Group and president of overseas general insurance, and to Mike Smith, senior vice president, Chubb Group and global claims officer.
Ms. Mani is now deputy general counsel and head of global litigation, the statement said.
Chubb Ltd. said Tuesday that Scott Meyer will succeed Bruce Kessler, who is retiring at the end of the year, as senior vice president of Chubb Group and division president of Westchester, the company’s wholesale and excess and surplus lines insurance business.
