AssuredPartners unveils management reorganization

AssuredPartners Inc. said Thursday that Steve Deal has been named president of Eastern regions and Randy Larsen has been named president of Western regions as part of a new management structure.
In these new positions, Messrs. Deal and Larsen will report into President and COO Tom Riley, the Lake Mary, Florida-based brokerage said in a statement.
Mr. Deal joined AssuredPartners in April 2013 as an executive vice president and director of sales and has over 40 years in the industry. Mr. Larsen had been regional president for the central states region at AssuredPartners for five years before taking on this new role, where he will have half of the AssuredPartners operations directly reporting to him.
AssuredPartners, an acquisitive, private-equity backed brokerage, is the 13th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s latest ranking.
