BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Charles Taylor Adjusting, a London-based property/casualty claims management provider, on Thursday said it has appointed Vince Cole as U.S. CEO and regional head.

Based in Boston, Mr. Cole will be responsible for driving new business growth and leading operations across its U.S. businesses, the Charles Taylor P.L.C. unit said in a statement.

Mr. Cole was most recently CEO of Crawford & Co.-Americas, Charles Taylor said in the statement. He left Crawford in December 2015, a Charles Taylor Adjusting spokeswoman said in an email.

"The U.S. insurance market is by far the largest in the world with considerable opportunity to expand our loss adjusting expertise in handling large and complex losses, particularly in the property & casualty, forensic accounting and engineering space,” Damian Ely, Charles Taylor Adjusting’s CEO, said in the statement. “Vince has a tremendous track record in driving business growth. I look forward to working with him to develop our business in the region."
