U.S. Risk L.L.C. has acquired Lodi, California-based Continental Risk Insurance Services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Continental Risk is a general wholesaler broker that handles casualty, property and financial service risks. U.S. Risk said Wednesday in a statement.
“We are pleased to bring the people and expertise of Continental to the U.S. Risk Group of companies. Together with our expansive market capabilities and their focus on the marine insurance business, we will be in a position to better serve our clients,” Randall Goss, Dallas-based chairman and CEO of U.S. Risk, said in a statement.
Hub International Ltd. on Tuesday said it has acquired the assets of Columbia, South Carolina-based KeenanSuggs Insurance Inc.
