BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

(Reuters) — Fannie Mae on Thursday sued nine banks alleging manipulation of interest rates.

The mortgage finance company filed its lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan. Smaller rival Freddie Mac filed a similar lawsuit in March against more than a dozen banks.

The bank defendants in the Fannie Mae lawsuit include Bank of America Corp., Barclays P.L.C., Citigroup Inc., Credit Suisse Group A.G., Deutsche Bank A.G., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Rabobank, Royal Bank of Scotland P.L.C. and UBS A.G.
