Bensinger, DuPont & Associates said Tuesday that it has been acquired by employee assistance programs, human resources consulting and technology provider, Morneau Shepell Inc.
BDA is a Chicago-based employee assistance programs provider.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BDA President and CEO Peter Bensinger and the BDA staff have joined Morneau Shepell.
“This acquisition affirms our commitment to expand our operations and service offerings globally, with a particular emphasis on the U.S. market,” Stephen Liptrap, executive vice president, Morneau Shepell said in a statement. “Workplace issues are increasingly complex, and organizations are looking to experts for assistance.
