Apple Inc. has lost a London lawsuit accusing it of abusing its market dominance, entitling about 20 million iPhone and iPad users to damages valued at up to 1.5 billion British pounds ($2 billion), CNBC reports, citing Reuters. The court found that Apple’s charging developers a 30% commission on app store sales shut out competition in the app distribution market and resulted in excessive and unfair pricing.
