Hylant Group has appointed Anne Marie Towle CEO of Hylant Consulting.
Ms. Towle will oversee Hylant’s expanded consulting division, which includes analytics, business risk consulting, captive management, M&A and transaction solutions and outsourced consulting services.
“Through the expansion of consulting services, we are positioned to help clients proactively manage risk, optimize transactions and scale effectively,” the Toledo, Ohio-based brokerage said in a Nov. 19 press release.
Ms. Towle, who joined Hylant in 2019, previously was CEO of global risk management and captive solutions.
Ms. Towle was named one of the 2019 Business Insurance Women to Watch.
