Philippe Cotelle, head of cyber insurance management and insurance risk management at Airbus Defence & Space, will become the next president of the Federation of European Risk Management Associations in October.
FERMA’s general assembly also announced the election of four new board members: Ulrich Adamheit, head of group risk management at Electrolux Group; Tadas Cilcius, senior risk manager at Kashimi in Lithuania; Christian Jens Fuchsenthaler, head of corporate insurance at Daimler Truck; and Luis Lancha Vázquez, head of risk and insurance at SENER Group.
Annemarie Schouw, manager of risk and insurance at Tata Steel Europe, was also re-elected to the board.
Mr. Cotelle will succeed Charlotte Hedemark Hancke, who completes her two-year term at FERMA’s seminar in Zurich later this year.
He brings over 20 years of risk management experience to the role and has been a FERMA board member for eight years. He is also a board member at French risk management association Association pour le Management des Risques et des Assurances de l’Entreprise.
