Dutch insurance giant Aegon NV plans to move its legal seat to the U.S. and launch a strategic review of its Edinburgh-based U.K. business that could lead to a sale, Scottish Financial News reported. Shareholders will vote on the proposal in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the relocation expected to be completed by January 2028 at an estimated cost of 350 million euros ($409 million).
