U.S.-based Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc. has secured regulatory and shareholder approvals for its 100% acquisition of U.K.-based Lloyd’s specialist Apollo Group Holdings Ltd., Reinsurance News reported. The $555 million deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
