Ms. Grabow is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic projects and processes for Innoviant. She has consulted on a variety of projects, including Medicare Part D, health savings accounts, specialty pharmacy programs and mail-order service operations.
Ms. Grabow has more than 14 years of experience in managed care and pharmacy benefits and is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.

Michael Jacobs is a principal and national practice leader at Buck Consultants L.L.C. in Atlanta. He works with clients and the pharmaceutical industry on the design, pricing, funding, impact, evaluation, administration and implementation of integrated pharmacy benefit programs.
Mr. Jacobs, a registered pharmacist, has more than 25 years' experience in pharmacy, managed care and benefit consulting. He is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs.

Lisa Zeitel is a Principal and Health & Benefits Consulting Practice Leader in Mercer Human Resource Consulting L.L.C.'s Connecticut office. She also is a member of the leadership team for Mercer's Managed Pharmacy Consulting Group. Ms. Zeitel has more than 20 years of experience in health care.
She provides health care and prescription drug consulting services, specializing in program strategy, design and evaluation for corporate and public plan sponsors and strategic advice and competitive assessment analysis for pharmacy benefit providers.
