Today's environmental risks are real, growing and often unseen. The new regulatory landscape is having a profound impact on U.S. businesses, particularly those that may not realize they have environmental or pollution exposure.

Consider recent news from Washington that the E.P.A is expected to regulate carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases scientists blame for global warming. Such regulation has serious implications for transportation, manufacturing and utilities. In California, the state legislature is considering a bill to require schools to monitor indoor air quality to help prevent public health ailments such as asthma.

Are you protected? Did you know many commercial general liability policies contain exclusions or are simply are not designed to provide coverage to organizations for these emerging environmental exposures?

Join a panel of risk management professionals as we discuss this changing landscape of environmental liability, including emerging pollution and environmental exposures. Our panel of experts will talk about the latest regulatory and litigation trends that are requiring the insurance community, including insureds, insurers and brokers, to rethink strategies to protect against enterprise-wide liability.
