
SERVICE LEVELS: Good but room for improvement
Europe's insurance managers gave their brokers and insurers a classic end-of-term report: 'Improved but must try harder'
GIVEN THAT THIS survey of Europe's top insurance managers was anonymous, brokers and insurers could have been forgiven for fearing the worst.
Service providers are always easy prey for buyers in any business and taking an occasional or regular beating from their customers goes with the territory.
This would be particularly true of a sector in which the two key service providers-- insurers and brokers--keep changing their prices and are not very good at explaining why and how.
