BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Resilientville is a game/training tool and role-playing exercise that immerses individuals into “real-world” disaster scenarios, allowing them to assume the identity of familiar neighborhood stakeholders as they design solutions for challenges facing the community.

The Department of Emergency Management, the City Administrator's Office, and San Francisco State's Institute for Civic and Community Engagement collaborated to develop Resilientville to be a fun, interactive exercise that allows for easy participation and teaches valuable lessons.
