BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Two bills were scheduled to be introduced in the Oklahoma and New Hampshire state House of Representatives expanding workers compensation benefits for adverse vaccination reactions.

H.B. 1352, scheduled to be introduced in the New Hampshire House on Jan. 27, provides eligibility for workers compensation for an adverse reaction to a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.

H.B. 3247, scheduled to be introduced in the Oklahoma House on Feb. 7, establishes employer liability for adverse events caused by vaccinations when such vaccinations are a condition of employment. The bill also provides exceptions as well as coverage for damages, costs and attorney fees.

The bill further seeks to nullify any federal statute, rule, or executive order relating to employment-related vaccination mandates.
