The Sessions Court in Malaysia has charged oil services firm Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's chief executive Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah for submitting a false statement to the country's stock exchange, the Edge Markets reported. If found guilty, he could face a jail term of up to 10 years and a fine of up to 3 million Malaysian ringgits ($771,000).
