To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

An anesthesiology trade group has complained that Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina is improperly demanding physicians take a pay cut as part of its implementation of the No Surprises Act banning excessive out of network fees, reports Fierce Healthcare. The American Society of Anesthesiologists said the insurer sent letters to anesthesiology and other practices in North Carolina threatening to terminate their contract if they don’t immediately agree to a pay cut of 10% to 30%.
