BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

RT Specialty LLC said Thursday its environmental and construction professional practice has introduced an infrastructure pollution policy form with up to $25 million in limits.

RT Specialty said it is designed to protect stakeholders from the catastrophic environmental risks commonly associated with hard infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, airports, rail and ports.

John J. Heft, senior vice president at RT ECP said the program is a result of Congress passing the president’s $1 trillion infrastructure plan.

He said it combines various insurance agreements into one policy form that is intended to seamlessly cover all the involved stakeholders.

In addition to offering up to $25 million in coverage for each incident and an aggregate basis, higher limits are available where required by contract, and there are policy terms of up to 13 years that include completed operations.

Key coverages include full sudden and gradual pollution coverage, third-party bodily injury, property damage, including natural resource damages, emergency response costs and defense expenses.
