To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Report: UnitedHealthcare collected $3.7 billion in questionable Medicare funds

UnitedHealth Group collected $3.7 billion in risk-adjustment Medicare payments in 2017 that were based on questionable billing practices, a federal agency found, according to the Minneapolis StarTribune. Whistleblower lawsuits have alleged that UnitedHealth Group and others have wrongly used data from chart reviews to boost Medicare payments — an industry-wide concern also raised previously by the OIG.
