Lockton to acquire Norwegian marine insurance broker

U.S.-based insurance broker Lockton Companies Inc. has agreed to acquire Norwegian marine insurance broker Edge Group Holding AS, Commercial Risk reported. The acquisition will help Lockton expand its presence in the Scandinavian insurance market and also boost its specialty insurance business.
