BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A court in Ontario, Canada, has certified a $300 million Canadian ($239 million) COVID-19-related business interruption class-action lawsuit against Aviva Insurance Co. of Canada on behalf of four representative plaintiffs, including Nordik Windows Inc. and Nordik Cash and Carry Inc., The Star reported citing The Canadian Press. This is the third class-action lawsuit in Canada that Aviva has faced for business losses caused by the pandemic.
