Sedgwick hires new SVP from PMA

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. has hired Josephine Copeland from workers compensation insurer PMA Cos. Inc. to serve in the newly created role of senior vice president of product design and strategy in the managed care division.
Ms. Copeland, who was vice president of managed care at PMA, will be based in Dover, Delaware.
She was a Business Insurance Woman to Watch in 2019.
