Sava Re’s premiums up by 14%

Slovenian insurer and reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava dd’s consolidated gross written premiums grew 13.6% year-on-year to €679.7 million ($823.86 million) in 2020, SeeNews reported. Sava Re’s consolidated net profit rose 12.3% to €56.4 million, driven by the good performance of nonlife and life insurance segments, and partially offset by claims in the international reinsurance segment.
