BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Taiwan’s insurance industry posts 30% growth in pre-tax profits

Data from Taiwan’s Insurance Bureau of the Financial Supervisory Commission showed 31% year-on-year growth in pre-tax profits of the local insurance sector to $233 billion Taiwanese ($8 billion) in 2020, Asia Insurance Review reported. Property and casualty insurance segment reported 6.3% growth in pre-tax profits to TWD17 billion.
