BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

(Reuters) — President Joe Biden has named U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Commissioner Allison Herren Lee, a Democrat, as acting chief of the financial industry regulator, the SEC said in a statement.

“During my time as Commissioner, I have focused on climate and sustainability, and those issues will continue to be a priority for me,” Ms. Herren Lee said in a statement released Thursday.

Sources have said former Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman Gary Gensler, who led Mr. Biden's transition planning for financial industry oversight, would be named as head of the SEC.
