UK issues weather warning ahead of Storm Barbara

The U.K. Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for severe gale force winds and heavy rains on Oct. 21 as Storm Barbara hits the U.K. after striking Portugal and Spain, ITV reported. Areas stretching from the West Midlands to the East of England and down to the South West are likely to be affected, with the forecasters warning of flooding risk and disruption.
