Axa XL names Gress to business transformation role

Axa XL earlier this month named Justin Gress as Americas business transformation leader.
Mr. Gress, who previously was director of strategic operations-North America insurance for the Axa SA unit, will work with the insurer’s Americas leadership “to make sure that resource requirements are aligned to meet goals,” an Axa XL spokeswoman said in an email.
He will report to Jérôme Itty, who was named chief operating officer of the Axa XL’s Americas division in July following a broader leadership realignment in April.
Mr. Gress was named a Business Insurance Break Out Award winner in 2018.
