BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

QBE to appeal court's ruling on BI test case

Australia-based QBE Insurance Group Ltd. plans to appeal the London High Court's verdict in the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority's business interruption test case, as the ruling would expose the insurer to around $170 million in additional claims, Sydney Morning Herald reports. Ruling on the Insurance Council of Australia's test case, which was launched in August to determine if COVID-19 pandemic exclusions in business interruption policies are valid, is expected next month.
