BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Romanian broker's premiums rise more than 10%

Romania-based Globasig Insurance and Reinsurance Broker SRL's premiums increased more than 10% year-over-year to nearly 42 million Romanian lei ($10 million) in the first half of this year, 1asig reported. Property premiums grew 22%, while civil liability premiums rose 29%. For the full year, the broker expects premiums to increase by 12% to surpass RON 90 million.
