Serious concerns with cargo ship that lost 40 containers

An investigation by the Australia Maritime Safety Authority found serious concerns with the way the load was secured on cargo ship APL England, which lost 40 containers in rough seas off the coast of New South Wales on May 25, Yahoo News reported citing Australian Associated Press. U.K.-based Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association Ltd. insured the vessel, which is owned by Singapore-based shipping firm American President Lines Ltd.
