Mexico seeks to raise up to $525 million from cat bond

Mexico is seeking to raise up to $525 million from its catastrophe bond issuance to provide parametric earthquake and hurricane protection, Artemis reported. The country was earlier aiming to raise $410 million from the World Bank Group-supported cat bond. It is the largest issuance so far from Mexico.
