BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

More than 20% of Australian forests burnt in bushfires

Research found that bushfires burned 21% of Australia’s forests so far in the 2019-20 bushfire season, The Guardian reports. The figure, which is unprecedented globally, is likely to be an underestimate because the data does not include fires in Tasmania and the bushfire season has not ended yet.
