Lockton snags executive from Marsh

Lockton Cos. LLC on Monday said Devin Beresheim is joining the broker from Marsh LLC as executive vice president for Lockton Specialty Practices, effective Aug. 26.
He will be based in New York and succeeds Brian Kawamoto, who retired last year, the broker statement said.
Mr. Beresheim will lead Lockton Financial Services, helping build out cyber strategies, and report to Peter Clune, U.S. president and chief operating officer, the statement said.
At Marsh, Mr. Beresheim was most recently financial and professional liability practice leader, U.S. and Canada, including directors and officers, errors and omissions, cyber/privacy and transactional risk coverages, the statement said.
"Devin's background and experience will be a huge benefit to our clients, Producers and Associates," Ron Lockton, president and CEO, said in the statement.
