BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Insurers to waive terror exclusion for Christchurch attack

New Zealand-based insurers including AA Insurance Ltd., Tower Ltd. and IAG New Zealand Ltd. are waiving terrorism exclusions in their property and commercial building policies for damage related to a March 15 terror attack in Christchurch, Stuff.co.nz reported. The policies contain clauses which allow the insurers to decline any property damage claim related to acts of terrorism.
