BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

American International Group Inc. said Monday it has hired former Chubb Ltd. chief digital officer Edward Levin as global head of accident and health within its general insurance division.

Starting next month, Mr. Levin will report to Christopher Townsend, CEO of AIG International General Insurance in London, AIG said in a statement.

In his new role, Mr. Levin will be responsible for the global A&H portfolio, including distribution and underwriting strategy, the statement said. He is based in London.

“Edward’s deep understanding of the A&H business and his experience in building out digital platforms and products will add value as we develop next-generation digital capabilities for AIG,” said Mr. Townsend in the statement.

Since returning to AIG to lead the insurer’s turnaround, CEO Brian Duperreault has made a series of high-level appointments as he has restructured AIG’s operations.
