BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Mexican authorities said that a fuel pipeline ruptured by thieves exploded in the state of Hidalgo on Jan. 18, Reuters reported citing sources. Omar Fayad, governor of Hidalgo, said that the explosion killed 73 people. Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, president of Mexico, had ordered fuel pipelines to be closed due to rise in thefts. The pipeline closures caused fuel shortages in central Mexico.
