BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Peak Re sets up Asia's first reinsurance sidecar transaction

Hong Kong-based Peak Reinsurance Co. Ltd. has launched Asia's first reinsurance sidecar transaction to provide collateralized retrocession for part of its global property reinsurance risk portfolio, Asia Insurance Review reported. Under the deal, Peak Re has signed an exclusive quota-share agreement with Bermuda-based special purpose insurer Lion Rock Re Ltd. to reinsure part of Peak Re's portfolio. Lion Rock Re has secured commitments of $75 million from third-party investors across the world.
