Aon names leader for global financial institutions business

Aon P.L.C. has named Joel Sulkes to the newly created position of global financial institutions leader.
Mr. Sulkes, who will be based in New York, will focus on large multinational financial institutions in the United States and other regions, Aon said Monday in a statement.
Mr. Sulkes previously spent 11 years at New York-based Goldman Sachs Group Inc., managing its global insurance function within the firm’s risk organization, the statement said.
