Alliant raids Willis Towers Watson construction practice

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. said Friday that it had plucked three brokers from Willis Towers Watson P.L.C.’s Atlanta area construction practice.
Bill Noonan, has been named managing director, construction services group at Newport Beach-based Alliant. He was most recently the North American construction leader for Willis Towers Watson. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, he held risk management roles at two large general contractors.
Brent Hartman was also named managing director in Alliant’s construction services group. Previously, he was an executive vice president in the construction and real estate division at Willis Towers Watson.
In addition, Alliant named Danielle Maxey as an account executive in the construction services group. She was most recently an assistant vice president–account executive and client service team leader in Willis Towers Watson’s construction and real estate division.
All three new hires will be based in Alliant’s Alpharetta, Georgia office, the statements said.
