BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Insurance agency expands with trucking agency buy

Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty Inc. said Friday that it has acquired Transway Insurance Agency L.L.C.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed..

Transway Insurance, headquartered in Houston, specializes in business and trucking insurance in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Florida, the Boca Raton, Florida-based Seeman Holtz agency said in a statement.

Transway Insurance has about 11 employees, according to its website.
