BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Norwegian Competition Authority has fined Norway-based telecommunication giant Telenor A.S.A. $97 million for misusing its dominant position, The Nordic Page reported. Lars Sorgard, the authority's director, said that Telenor put obstacles to developing a third competing mobile network in Norway by charging high fees for network usage to other mobile operators using its network. Telenor also entered into exclusive agreements with four mobile operators and hampered the mobile network's ability to find customers.
