BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Aon updates Thai flood catastrophe model

U.K.-based insurance broker Aon P.L.C. has updated its Thai flood catastrophe model to include insights from the 2011 Thailand floods, Asia Insurance Review reported. The new model includes a multi-source database of industrial hubs to accurately predict global supply disruptions following floods. The model also takes into account the Thai government’s flood protection and mitigation measures since 2011 for more accurate flood loss evaluation.
