To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Digitalization drives growth of Middle East insurers

Insurance aggregators and digital platforms are driving the Middle East insurance industry's growth in the region, Albawaba reported. Murali Aravindakshan, head of sales and distribution at U.A.E.-based National Takaful Co., said that the insurance aggregation model is being used to distribute insurance policies including takaful. Mr. Aravindakshan said that digitalization has helped the insurer identify gaps in the market and create new products accordingly.
