Willis Towers Watson P.L.C. on Monday announced two appointments to its North American construction business.

Kelly Kinzer has been named North American construction specialties broking leader for Willis Towers Watson, the brokerage said in a statement. Ms. Kinzer, who joined the broker in 2015, is based in Minneapolis, and is responsible for delivering innovative risk management and insurance products to North America construction clients. She was previously North American builder’s risk broking leader, Willis Towers Watson.

In addition, Ryan Hucker has been named North American builder’s risk broking leader, Willis Towers Watson.

Based in Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Hucker is responsible for providing strategic direction and technical assistance to support the company’s portfolio of construction business and property insurance placements including key lines of coverage such as master builders’ risk, project builders’ risk and contractor’s block.

Previously, Mr. Hucker was Americas construction practice leader for Aspen Insurance.
